Drying Sage

I know...I know...I've all ready posted about drying herbs drying oregano .

But the sage dried so beautifully, I just had to share it.

What an adorable little helper! I love kittycats (and so did my old Mastiff) but kittycats and earmites are not so good for big doggies.

dried sage reminds me of when I lived in berkeley, and my roommates used to burn dried sage as a blessing.

I love your photos! And kitty is sooo cute. I have more sage to harvest. I love having a dehydrator, so great for herbs. Maybelle's mom is right about it burning nicely - do you have a fireplace? It might be nice to throw a few dried leaves in.
