A blog about food, and a little about reading, and some sewing, and I might even knit something.
Mine die before Christmas! Yours is lovely, I love the color!
When something is so pretty it has to come out...
I received a nice Christmas cactus as a gist last week. It was in full red bloom. So, I guess we're impatient out here too.
Mine are the same way. Too excited to wait! (re souper sundays - deb is always happy for company - just leave her a comment)
It looks so divine! I've never seen one of that plant before.
Mine bloomed this weekend, too! It's very confused! I'm glad yours is, too; I feel better about my plant parenting.
That is beautiful.

It's always like that... every year sooner... just look around you... Your Christmas cactus just saw all the lights around him and said : well, it's time to go! It's already Christmas! Let's bloom! It's the same where I live... in small country, Slovenia, somewhere in Europe...Have a nice day.
Ohhh.. I waaannt one!
Every once in a while, my Christmas cacti bloom twice in a year. I think they just bloom when the weather cools.Mine are blooming now.Marilynne
