How do you KNOW she's old? Because in this picture she's thinking to herself, "How far is it to that squirrel on the ground over there...20, 25 feet? Nah, too much of an effort, not worth getting up."
Looks like the perfect spot to me! ;0) My cat caught a baby hummingbird that had hit the window. I know I'm so mean but I took it and threw it away! I felt sad for that little birdy!
Our oldest cat (19) has that scruffy looking coat too sometimes. She doesn't groom as much as she used to. Your cat looks like a Sphinx. Very wise and proud.

I look forward to your Weekend Cat Blogging every Saturday morn. Scrappy is a great old lady!
So much to look after out there! Bugs, birds, blowing leaves...
What a sweet picture. She looks like she is regally laying there waiting for something to cross her path.

What a contented kitty, surveying her land.
She will notify you if anything is amiss. She will also keep those pesky birds away.
Scraps looks very comfortable and content.
