El Prado
El Prado Tempranillo Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007, Valencia. $5.99. We say – Light. Black cherry flavors. Very good, not a heavy red. Buy again: definitely!!

Lindeman’s Sauvignon Blanc, South Africa, 2007. $5.00. They say: Crisp mineral textures with vibrant ruby grapefruit, melon and stone fruit flavors. We say: Lindeman’s!! We are so disappointed. We love a good Sauvignon Blanc all herbaceous and citrusy. Unfortunately this was not good. It was weak, flat, minerally. Buy again – no.

We don’t drink much wine –so it’s nice to read some of the better ones out there.. I guess my favorite white wine is White Zen. I struggle with the reds since I like a sweeter wine with a berry flavor.. They seem to be hard to find.. I’ll think I have just the perfect one–and then when I drink it, I find that it’s NOT.

    Have a great Sunday, Pam.
    Hugs,

that is surprising. I drink Lindeman’s a lot. Never outstanding, but certainly for the price, never a disappointment. I have not had their sauvignon blanc though.

Thanks for the tip on the first one, will start looking for it…great price (I am cheap)
