Garden Tuesday – More from the flower bed

Sidewalk bed

I’ve shown you this bed before, once to hightlight the candytuft and then the catmint.  Now, the candytuft is all but a memory, with dried flower heads waiting for me to trim.  The catmint is still going strong and the Missouri Primrose comes into bloom with a wash of pale pink.   As an added bonus, you get to see Mr. Sidewalkshoes planting my latest acquisition in the bed!

Lovely! I love how you have your plantings in the front of your house. It’s nice and deep with lot’s of color. I hope to be able to get a nice rich selection of colors and textures at my house some day. For now, I’ll just enjoy yours when ever you’ll share. 😉

Absolutely beautiful garden and everything’s so lush! I envy you – it’s hard to make dirt and rocks look “lush”. LOL

So pretty!!! This year I’m just trying to keep the front lawn weed-free. Next year I will reference your pics for inspiration when I’m ready to plant and garden.

    Hi Pam,
Thank you so much for visiting my blog. I had so much fun looking through your archives and seeing all your yummy food posts. You seem to cook all the things I love!! I loved the post of you passing out on the couch with your kitty after a too strong of drink :) Thats me, I can only have a very little bit or I’m out.

Love your kitties too, they are so pretty.

What lush, gorgeous plantings. Really beautiful. And how lucky, indeed, you are to have a man who helps with the flower beds!
