Wow! Our cats won't leave the comfort of our AC! Although they will spend hours sitting on our windowsill looking out. ;-)

Smudge is elegant as usual, heat or not. Dog days indeed. How dare they?
I have four lazy cats,all sitting on the bed under a fan.Bless their little hearts.
Don't worry about it, Smudge (not that he looks like he is worried). Dogs only get the summer. Cats have all year.
Because cats are sensible enough to stay where it's cool, while dogs are so goofy they go play in the yard with the neighborhood kids, and splash in the water. Smudge looks like he's never even thought of going near water - a champagne guy, maybe?

Handsome and smart, I think the cat days of summer would be better. Cats know how to relax when it is hot, just stretch out and let the coolness seep in!
