Zafrika Sauvignon Blanc, South Africa, 2010, $4.99, Trader Joes. They say: A crisp, dry wine of high quality with aromas of tropical flavors and hints of green pepper. We say: citrus, grassy, not as strongly herbaceous as most sauvignon blancs, crisp clean, full flavored from beginning to end. Buy again: at $4.99 a bottle, definitely yes! (just wished we lived near a Trader Joes and didn’t have to drive down to Atlanta!)
