Peppers

I love looking at all your harvest pictures on Garden Tuesday!  Since, I don’t vegetable garden, my harvest consists of herbs, flowers, and peppers.  I have discovered that peppers are about the only vegetable that I can grow.  I think this is because they are naturally pest free.  I don’t really have to do anything except water them.  My kind of vegetable!

These will become hot vinegar, some pickled peppers, and some just go straight into the freezer for winter hotness!

Please join me for Garden Tuesday.

(I think this is because they are naturally pest free.) Yes, that is what I thought until last week when I found two of those ugly green worms on them! I was shocked! I have never seen them eat pepper plants before. One even nibbled on a pepper. Your peppers are beautiful and healthy lookin’.

    Hi Pam,

Your peppers look delicious! I don’t have a vegetable garden right now, but hope you don’t mind me joining you with some flower pictures. Have a great week!

Gosh! Me and technology are on the outs today! As you can see from my tab. Oh well. I’ll do better next time. (I hope!) 😉

Your peppers look fab! Can’t wait to see what you do with them.

I am so sorry that I missed your garden linky party! I’ve become so far behind in my blog reading and commenting (work has just gotten the most time out of me since my semester has begun). I was going to share my stuffed peppers, but will do so next week if my brain remembers. If you have a recipe or 2 that you’d like to share on my weekend linky, please stop by. ONce again, my apologies for not making it in time. Off to read the other recipes though!
