What do you think? Chicken wrapped in prosciutto? Stuffed with maybe spinach and some kind of cheese. The cheese looks really white – goat? Mozzarella? Feta?

i don't think feta melts like that...so I'm going with goat cheese. Or RICOTTA. I hope it's ricotta.

Whatever this is, you need to find out what it is, make it and end the mystery. This looks way to amazing to be forgotten.

chicken? maybe. the other white meat? would believe that too. (reminds me of my gruyere and bacon jam stuff pork loins from my first blog post..)
