I probably have more pictures of nandina on my garden Tuesday’s than any other plant (well, except maybe oakleaf hydrandgea), that’s because it truly is the hardest working plant in my garden. It provides year round interest. Bright red berries help keep a dull winter cheery.
Please join me for Garden Tuesday.

It is one of the hardest workers in the garden. Who could do without nandina?

It looks like holly branches! Which never fail to make me smile.
What a beautiful plant! It's nice to see something with so much color this time of year!
You always take the most amazing photos Pam.
I like it. In Florida we still have some color but I get what Suzanne says....so nice to see a beautiful plant and colr this dreary time of year.
I love my holly bushes for the same reason!
I really like the contrast between sharp and soft focus.
My favorite is nardina frosted with snow. I never get tired of that scene.
