Yum... That squash looks terrific... Since I'm dieting, I'm really watching what I eat. When we took my son and girlfriend to Ruby Tuesday on Sat., I ordered grilled White Fish, and had some grilled zucchini and some spaghetti squash for my veggies. I had never had spaghetti squash before --and really liked it.

Yumm ... do you call aubergine (eggplant) squash? This looks like aubergine to me. Maybe it's something I don't even know. It looks so great I'd like to know it!
