You’re looking at April 6, 2010. Sometimes you need a no-brainer. So, here you go. I know you all probably know, so leave your comments, what is it? Interestingly, you can tell the order that I poured them. The far one on the right was obviously first because it has almost no fat, the middle a little more fat, and the one on the left the most fat and it’s a little darker because I didn’t strain it good.
