After filling my yard with flowers and an herb bed, I don’t really have room for a veggie garden. Well, I do, but my husband for some odd reason, wants to keep some grass to mow! But I did manage to squeeze in a few berry bushes in my flower beds. Why not? They flower. They add some height, plus they give us food! It’s a win/win.

Those berries look so pretty! We have some strawberries and Saskatoon berry bushes. So far, they're not producing much.

Love it! I do the same thing with my blueberry plants. It drives my dh a little crazy though I feel if I'm going to plant a shrub, it had better give something back.
