
You’re looking at June 21, 2010. Pickled green beans obviously. And, since the lids are the plastic storage lids and not the actual canning lids, I’m sure they were quick pickled. One of my favorite things to do with veggies in the summer.

Nice. Another great idea for when our green beans start to grow from every end of their vines. It's still early, but soon enough, we will be full of beans.

I've only done Dilly Beans never quick pickles with beans. These look delicious. Did you post a recipe (she says with "HOPE")?
