You’re looking at June 27, 2010. I was obviously smoking a fatty, which I learned about from Larry at Big Dude’s Eclectic Ramblings. He fills his fatty’s will all sorts of good things. Me, I just take the wrapper off the roll of pork sausage and set it on the rack in the smoker. Usually I am smoking something else and the fatty’s are just the icing on the cake!

Yes---that's what it looks like. I love all kinds of 'fatty' sausages --but they don't like me.. They stick to my hips --and everywhere else. SO--I stay away from them these days!!!! Dang it... haha

Wouldn't the plural be "fatties" rather than "fatty's"? (Notice I am not even mentioning the apostrophe - one thing at a time.)
As I recall from my misspent youth, "smoking a fatty" once had another meaning . . .
