You’re looking at June 27, 2010. I was obviously smoking a fatty, which I learned about from Larry at Big Dude’s Eclectic Ramblings. He fills his fatty’s will all sorts of good things. Me, I just take the wrapper off the roll of pork sausage and set it on the rack in the smoker. Usually I am smoking something else and the fatty’s are just the icing on the cake!
