Garden Tuesday ~Tufted Titmouse and friends

Tufted Titmouse

I thought that you might like to see my birdies against the lovely fall colors.  See all those lovely circles of light behind the birdies in the softly blurred background?  In photographic terms that is called “bokeh” – it comes from shooting wide open – like f2.8 (which is what I shot these at) and a long zoom range helps (in this case 200mm).  It almost looks like a painting behind them, doesn’t it?!

Please join me for Garden Tuesday.

They are so cute. I just moved a bird feeder to the front yard an all the chickadees and bushtits seem to congregate there. Love having them in front. Hope you are having a great week.

We are getting more and more bird visitors to the back yard here. Love the photos, nice!

Nice pictures! I had a visitor, too, but he didn't fly.

Great photos! I've never seen a Tufted Titmouse (Tufted Titmice?).
They are cute! I'll have to go online to figure out what kind of song they have.
