Garden Tuesday ~ Frosty Cardinals

Cardinal

Frost on lambs ear

frost on weeds

Cardinal

Frost

My frosty garden this week.  We had the promise of snow, but instead  had a sleety-spity very cold rain.  Boo. We did get out of school two hours early and had a two hour delay the next day, so all was not lost.

How about you, how is your garden this week?

Please join me for Garden Tuesday.

I spotted 6 cardinals in my yard this weekend, but it was far too cold to get out there for a photo!

Lovely photos, Pam. The cardinals are pretty little birds, aren't they?

I have not seen our cardinal in a year or 2. Maybe he moved to your yard, which is warmer than mine!

I love the photos of your cold garden. We've had a bit of near freezing weather and the citrus trees are complaining and dropping their fruit. We had to cover them for a few nights so they didn't freeze.

Gorgeous photos! We have cardinals, I love them! We have no low bushes for them to perch in though so they only lite occasionally in the trees.
