Coco on the porch for Saturday Pet Blog Hop

Calico cat on porch

Our catnip has made it’s spring time appearance in a big way.  Word of it has spread far and wide in the Soddy Daisy cat kingdom and our backyard has become a mecca for kitty cats.

The constant thoroughfare of kitty cats has created a few tensions.  That explains the kittle scratch on Coco’s lip.

The thing is, she doesn’t even really seem to pay that much attention to the catnip.  I see other kitty’s in it all the time, but she seems oblivious to it.

This will be my entry for The Saturday Pet Blogger Hop!

Maybe Coco is the catnip king pin (or should that be Queen pin?) and she just controls the supply but doesn't inhale?

"Soddy Daisy cat kingdom" . . . That description cracks me up Pam. Your Coco is so chill, she shares---what a sweetheart! (And such a beautiful feline, too!)

Coco is clearly a much more refined kitty than the rest! :)

How is your catmint this year? Mine is in glorious full bloom, except for the poor plant that has been rolled in almost to oblivion.
