Rude Bitches Make Me Tired by Celia Rivenbark

Rude Bitches Make Me Tired

I would purchase Celia Rivenbark's books for their titles alone.  I mean really, who could resist – Rude Bitches Make Me Tired: Slightly Profane and Entirely Logical Answers to Modern Etiquette Dilemmas.    However, the author backs up great titles with even great stories inside.  As usual she did not disappoint.

This book is a modern day, Emily Post, offering advice on everything from funerals, to gym etiquette, to politics and more.

A few chapter titles gives you an idea of what to expect:

"Check-Splitting:  Who Had the Gorgonzola Crumbles, and Should we Really Care?"

"Funerals:  Now is Not the Time for Store-Bought Cakes and Backless Maxi Dresses from Forever 21"

"Road Sage:  Accept the Things You Cannot Change, Like Idiot Drivers"

"Annoying Chatfest on Aisle Five:  Common Manners mishaps at the Grocery Store"

This is a quick entertaining read, and she never fails to make my smile with her southern advice.
