I have 273 cookbooks and probably even more by the time you read this. Each week, I search through my books looking for a new recipe to share with you. I look for recipes that are easy, don’t require too many unusual ingredients, are mostly healthy and are delicious!
In the summer you’ll find plenty of salads and easy grilling and the winter months feature lots of braises, soups and stews.
Now that the kids are grown, my husband and I are preparing for retirement. We are looking forward to traveling and highlighting all of our good eats and drinks, so you’ll find an occasional life style travel post.
