I have been cooking for my family for over 30 years and blogging about it for 11 years! Yes, this blog started in 2007! Back when there were a handful of food blogs and we all knew each other!
What you’ll find on this blog are mostly healthy recipes that are easy to make. I look for recipes that are on the healthier side, are simple and delicious. In the summer you’ll find plenty of salads and easy grilling and the winter months feature lots of braises, soups and stews.
Now that the kids are grown, my husband and I are preparing for retirement. We are looking forward to traveling and highlighting all of our good eats and drinks, so you’ll find an occasional life style travel post.
