You, being incredibly intelligent, have probably already decided to make the brandied cranberries. Good choice. They are amazing and ridiculously easy. Now, you are ready to make this easy Cranberry Negroni!
A negroni is one of my favorite cocktails. It is basically 3 ingredients: gin, campari and vermouth. But by adding a little simple syrup or in this case Brandied Cranberries syrup, you add a new twist to it. I started with one of my favorite gins – Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin.
Then I grab my Campari and vermouth. Have you tried Campari? When you look at it, it looks like it’s going to be syrupy sweet, doesn’t it? But it’s not. It’s pleasantly bitter. I love it’s bite in cocktails. Some of my favorite cocktails featuring Campari: Strawberry Frosé, Italian Gin and Tonic, and Campari Cocktail with Ruby Grapefruit.

This Cranberry Negroni makes a festive and easy holiday cocktail!
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce Campari
- 1 ounce Brandied Cranberries Syrup
- cranberries and orange wedge for garnish
Place gin, vermouth, Campari, and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with an orange wedge and cranberries.
