Roasted Potatoes
Roasted potatoes are a favorite at our house. They come out light and fluffy on the inside and crispy and golden on the outside.
If you've never tried smashed potatoes, they are as fun to make as they are to eat!
An easy way to elevate simple roasted potatoes is with a pesto, and our chive pesto is unusual and delicious!
Oven Baked Fries
I love fries, but I don't love the mess of frying them! Luckily you can easily bake them in the oven. Just as good and no messy clean up!
Check out these recipes to see my secrets for keeping them crispy!
Gratins and Scalloped Potatoes
What goes great with potatoes? Cheese. Cheese, cheese and more cheese.
We love gratins and scalloped potatoes at our house. If like me you love the crispy part on the top of the potatoes, be sure and check out the Sheet Pan Potato Gratin - it's the best part of the potato gratin!
Stove Top Potatoes
There are so many options for cooking potatoes on the stove top. You can boil them, steam them and a favorite - fry them!
Boiling and steaming will give you similar results, but lately I've been leaning more towards steaming. I think they keep more of their flavor.
What a great collection! I'll be adding to this regularly so be sure and bookmark this page and stop by often!
Grilled!
I make these grilled potato packets all summer long, but only recently got around to updating the post! Thin sliced potatoes topped with rosemary in a foil packet is the 5 ingredient side dish you need in your life!
