  • 3 cups watermelon 1-inch cubes seeded
  • 2 cups strawberries quartered, frozen and hulled
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger finely grated peeled
  • 1 1/2 tsp lime juice fresh


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to your desired consistency.


Use fresh squeezed lime juice, not bottled. 
Store your ginger in the freezer and grate it using  a microplane grater
