  • 1 cup of almond milk or whatever kind of milk you like
  • 1/2 cup whole milk greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 oranges peeled, seeded (I left in the seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend until the desired consistency.
