Instant Pot Pumpkin Pie Steel Cut Oats
Warm and creamy steel cut oats with fall flavors of pumpkin and maple syrup.
Add the water, oats, pumpkin, brown sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and salt to the pressure cooker pot. Stir.
Lock on the lid and make sure the vent is set to sealing.
Set on the porridge setting and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then turn the vent to venting and release the rest of the pressure. Remove the lid.
Stir, add the milk and stir again.
Serve topped with the nuts.
