Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
No need to buy store-bought dressing when you can whip up this delicious sweet and tangy poppy seed dressing.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Lemon Juice - always use fresh squeezed lemon juice.
Oil - can use olive oil or any other neutral oil.
This dressing will keep for 2 weeks refrigerated - just shake or whisk again to combine.
