  • 2 cups diced ripe pear
  • 1/3 cup dried white mulberries
  • 2 teaspoons freshly minced ginger ( I just threw a knob of ginger in)
  • 2 cups chopped frozen spinach (again, just tossed in some whole frozen spinach leaves)
  • 1 3/4 cups unsweetened almond milk (could sub your favorite kind of milk here)
  • sweetener to taste


  • Place the ingredients in the order recommended by your blender - I put liquids in first. Then blend until it reaches the desired consistency.
