Grilled Chicken Skewers

Chicken gets a fast marinade in lemon juice and olive oil for a flavorful and easy grilled dinner!

  • Skewers
  • Grill pan


  • 4 boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper


  • Place the chicken, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes. Thread the chicken on skewers. Set aside.
  • Heat a char-grill pan or a barbecue over high heat. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through. Total time of about 8 minutes. Chicken should be 165 degrees.



There are so many uses for these Mediterranean inspired chicken skewers.   Use them in pitas, on top of salads (especially nice with a Greek salad,) serve with a dipping sauce.
