Rosemary Simple Syrup
This Rosemary Simple Syrup is such an easy way to kick up your cocktails!
Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and stir in the honey and add the rosemary sprigs.
Let mixture cool to room temperature.
Remove the rosemary sprigs and store in a lidded bottle in the fridge.
