tequila

pineapple
diced

jalapeño pepper
sliced open
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a jar and seal.
Begin tasting after one day. As soon as it is hot enough for you, remove the pepper.
When you have enough pineapple flavor, remove the pineapple. I steeped mine for 3 days.
Store in pantry, fridge or freezer.
Notes
Save that pineapple - whip it up in blender for frozen pineapple margaritas!
