Lavender Simple Syrup

You'll find so many uses for this easy and delicious simple syrup! Perfect for cocktails, mocktails, tea and even coffee!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lavender flowers

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and turn heat to medium.
  • Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-20 minutes.
  • Strain into a lidded bottle.
  • Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.

Notes

Lavender - use either lavender from your garden or purchased food grade quality lavender buds. 
Sugar - use white, coconut, raw or even honey.
