Place all the ingredients in a blender in this order: rum, lime, sugar, pineapple, mango and then ice.
Process for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth.
Tip - if you have a recipe that uses frozen fruit, it is a good idea to let the fruit sit out for about 10 minutes. I usually get it out first and let it sit there while I gather my other ingredients. Save the peel (zest) from the lime and store it in a jar in the freezer for use in other recipes.
