  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce Chile Liqueur
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice fresh squeezed
  • ½ ounce Simple Syrup
  • Lime Wheel for garnish

  • Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice.
  • Add gin, chile pepper liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill shaker ¾ way full of ice. Put a lid on it and shake for 30 seconds.
  • Dump the ice out of the coupe glass and strain the cocktail into the glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.

Lime juice - always use fresh squeezed lime juice.  We squeeze ours in a small batch and keep it in the fridge for a few days.
Gin - Hendrick's is preferred, with it's cucumber and floral notes, but any kind will work.
