Herb Crusted Baked Tilapia

Tilapia is topped with a flavorful herbed bread crumb mixture and then baked to create the perfect baked tilapia! Flaky and tender on the inside, crisp on the outside!

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Prepare herbed bread crumbs - recipe link in notes.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out filets.
  • Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper and top evenly with bread crumbs.
  • Drizzle over melted butter.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Parmesan Cheese - can sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top or mix it at about a 1/2 and 1/2 ratio with the bread crumbs before topping the fish.
