Add Aperol, sweet Vermouth and a dash of bitters to the glass.
Top with Prosecco and garnish with a cherry.
You can use champagne or your favorite sparkling wine. If you can't find Aperol, try Campari. You can combine the Aperol, Sweet Vermouth and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice, strain into a flute glass and top with sparkling wine for a more classic sparkling cocktail presentation.
