Raspberry Gimlet

This gorgeous fruity cocktail is so easy to make and so easy to sip! Fresh and fruity, a little sweet and a little tart!

  • Boston Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Coupe Glass


  • 2 ounces Gin London Dry
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce raspberry syrup
  • raspberries optional, for garnish


  • Place ice in coupe glasses to chill.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in gin, lime juice and raspberry syrup.
  • Shake for 15-30 seconds to chill and dilute.
  • Strain into glass and garnish with extra raspberries if desired.



You could substitute lemon juice for the lime juice.
