Use your bread machine to easily make pizza dough! Just put in the ingredients and the bread machine does all the work.

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested by your manual.
  • Set for the dough cycle.
  • When the machine beeps, remove the dough and divide into two balls.
  • Freeze, refrigerate or use immediately.

Notes

Freeze - wrap the balls in plastic wrap and then store in a ziplock bag for pizza anytime.  Defrost to room temperature before using. 
Refrigerate - you can refrigerate the dough overnight in the fridge for added flavor.  Bring to room temperature or you can use it cold.
If you are going to make pizza immediately, let the dough rest for about 10 minutes, which will make rolling it out easier.
