Brown Sugar Honey Glazed Salmon

Brush salmon with a sweet and tasty glaze and then broil for this quick and easy recipe!

  • Baking Sheet



  • Preheat broiler.
  • Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and brush with glaze.
  • Broil for 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, basting a few times with the extra glaze.


Easy to change up - add fresh grated ginger, lemongrass or red pepper flakes.
