Wedge in the mozzarella cheese and a basil leaf between the tomatoes.
Drizzle with the olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Let rest for 10 minutes.

You can arrange everything in a scallop pattern like I did, or you can just chop the tomatoes and mozzarella and sprinkle over torn basil leaves. You can even stack them in little towers by placing a tomato slice on the plate, top with a slice of mozzarella, a basil leaf and then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
