2 ¼teaspoonsactive dry yeastor bread machine yeast, or instant yeast
Instructions
Place the kneading paddles in the bread pan.
Pour in the buttermilk, oil and maple syrup in the bred pan.
Add the two types of flour and gluten. Make small indentations for the salt, yeast and gluten.
Set the crust on medium and program for either your regular bread cycle or the whole wheat cycle.
When the bread machine ends, remove the pan from the machine and remove the bread. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
I use Instant yeast, active dry yeast and bread machine yeast interchangeably. I use active dry yeast the most often because I buy big bags of it from King Arthur.Gluten - optional, but does create a lighter loaf with a higher rise.
