¼ cup red onion finely chopped ⅓ cup mayonnaise canola oil 3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt 2% reduced fat 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon honey ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 4 cups broccoli florets coarsely chopped ⅓ cup almonds slivered, toasted ⅓ cup dried cranberries reduced-sugar 4 slices bacon center cut, cooked and crumbled
Soak the red onion in cold water for 5 minutes and then drain.
In a large bowl, combine the mayo, yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Stir in the broccoli, almonds, cranberries and bacon.
Cover and chill for one hour before serving.
