Ingredients

brown sugar

soy sauce

tablespoons
honey

Instructions
Preheat broiler.
Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, honey and garlic in a small glass bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave for 30 more seconds.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place salmon fillets on baking sheet and brush with glaze.
Broil for 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork, basting a few times with the extra glaze.
Notes
Easy to change up - add fresh grated ginger, lemongrass or red pepper flakes.
