Bulgur and Chickpea Salad with Parsley Dressing

Salad
- 19 ounces canned chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 2 ½ cups bulgur cooked
- 1 ½ cups cucumber seeded and diced
- 1 cup radishes diced
- ¼ cup green onions thinly sliced
In a food processor or blender, blend the dressing ingredients.
In a large serving bowl combine the salad ingredients, toss with the dressing. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
