This strawberry jam comes together in about 30 minutes! It's so easy and delicious and good for you!

Ingredients
2cupsdiced strawberries
2tablespoonschia seeds
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonsweetener of your choice - I used agave nectar
Instructions
Cook the strawberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat, until they start to break down and get syrupy. Use a potato masher or the back of your spoon if you want them more mashed.
Take the pan off the heat and stir in the lemon juice and the sweetener.
Stir in the chia seeds and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and then spoon into a jar and refrigerate. It will thicken even more in the refrigerator.
Notes
Note - you can substitute other fruit - I think blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries would be great. This will keep in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
