In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, five spice powder, and garlic.
Place the salmon on a platter, flesh side up and pour the marinade over it. Turn skin side up so the flesh is in the marinade. Let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
About 5-10 minutes before the salmon is finished marinating, place a rack 6 inches from the heat and preheat the broiler on high.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
In a bowl toss the green beans with the neutral oil and sesame oil. Place on half of the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon on the other half of the baking sheet and brush the marinade over it.
Broil for 3 minutes, then toss the green beans a bit and add the lemon wedges. Finish broiling for 2-3 more minutes.
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet, over medium heat, until golden.
Serve sprinkled with the sesame seeds and lemon wedge.
