Preheat the oven to 400. Place the garlic, harissa, oil, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine. Add the squash and toss gently until it is evenly coated.

Squash - can use any of your favorite winter squash. Pumpkin or butternut squash would be great!To cut the acorn squash - cut it in half lengthwise. Then place the cut side down on the cutting board and slice it into 1 inch half moon slices. Cut those into thirds or fourt
