Instant Pot Sausage, Cabbage and Potatoes

diced (about 1 to 1 ½ inch)

roughly chopped

kielbasa
cut into bite sized pieces

olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Turn the pot to sauté and swirl in the olive oil. When it's hot add the onions and cook for about 1 minute or two.
Add the sausage and stir to heat through about another minute or two.
Add the potatoes and the garlic, stirring to coat.
Add the cabbage and salt and pepper. Stir to combine and pour in ½ cup of water.
Turn off the sauté, lock on the lid and set the valve to sealing.
Set the timer for 2 minutes at high pressure. When the cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
Turn the valve to venting and let the pressure release completely. Open the lid, stir, taste and adjust seasonings.

Notes - you only need ½ cup of water because the cabbage will release a lot of liquid while cooking.
