Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 small onions diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups potatoes diced (about 1 to 1 ½ inch)
  • 6 cups cabbage roughly chopped
  • 12 oz kielbasa cut into bite sized pieces
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Turn the pot to sauté and swirl in the olive oil. When it's hot add the onions and cook for about 1 minute or two.
  • Add the sausage and stir to heat through about another minute or two.
  • Add the potatoes and the garlic, stirring to coat.
  • Add the cabbage and salt and pepper. Stir to combine and pour in ½ cup of water.
  • Turn off the sauté, lock on the lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Set the timer for 2 minutes at high pressure. When the cooking is complete, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes.
  • Turn the valve to venting and let the pressure release completely. Open the lid, stir, taste and adjust seasonings.

Notes

Notes - you only need ½ cup of water because the cabbage will release a lot of liquid while cooking.
