Preheat the oven to 325. In a food processor, combine the oat bran, LSA, dates, oil and vanilla. Process for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture comes together. Reserve 1 cup of the mixture.
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan and line with parchment paper. Using the back of a spoon, press the rest of the oat bran mixture into the bottom of the pan, forming the bottom layer of your crumble. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until just golden.
While that is baking, combine the blueberries and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 4 minutes, stirring, until the blueberries start breaking down. Add the chia seeds and cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the base from the oven and spoon over the blueberry jam. Crumble over the top the reserved 1 cup of the oat bran mixture. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
Place in the refrigerator to cool completely before cutting into 15 squares. You can serve with yogurt if you'd like.
Notes
LSA is a mixture of ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. If you can't find it, you can make your own with a food processor.
