Protein Berry Smoothie

This delicious smoothie is loaded with fresh berry flavors and the protein powder makes it substantial enough for a breakfast or lunch!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup yogurt plain
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup raspberries frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender combine the milk, yogurt, protein powder, banana, raspberries and blueberries.
  • Top with the ice.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy!

Notes

Some possible variations:  use strawberries instead of one of the berries, use all raspberries with chocolate protein powder.
