Baby bok choy is quickly pan steamed with orange juice and soy sauce for a delicious Asian inspired side dish!

baby bok choy
washed and halved lengthwise

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
olive oil

orange
juiced
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place the bok choy cut side down in a skillet with a lid.
Drizzle over the olive oil, soy sauce and orange juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place she skillet over high heat, put on the lid and stem for 3-5 minutes or until as tender as you like it.
Notes
Can substitute tangerine for the orange. Fresh squeezed juice is best, but if using store bought orange juice, you'll need about 4 tablespoons.
